“This chair is made of high quality solid wood, and the cushions are soft (and it even comes with extra pillows!) It’s safe to sway when you’re sitting on it and you don’t have to worry about tipping over. The size is wide enough for most people, and the included footstool is very comfortable. You will have no issues matching this chair with your other furniture as the neutral tone blends in nicely with pretty much any decor.I was able to quickly assemble the chair and footstool, but the included instructions were not that great. Fortunately, this assembly was not too complicated, so a single person can still do it in under an hour. However it did come packaged in a way that left a big dent (hasn’t fluffed up yet) and there was a stain on the very center of the back of the chair. Tried to clean it, but nothing changed. “I love that it came with an ottoman and it matches so well with our nursery. Overall the instructions to assemble were simple enough, even for this pregnant lady. The ottoman however was missing an insert hole for a screw on one side, so it’s not totally secure. The access point on the under side of the ottoman for assembling – the opening opened on the wrong side and made access rather difficult. Earthing else came together pretty well. My mother in law had to hold pieces together while I screwed. Like the other reviews mention, there are extra screws that aren’t used.
