“Put this together with my son in about 30 minutes. Honestly, I could have done it by myself though with a touch of creativity to hold some pieces together and little extra time. Everything was provided that was needed to put it together and it’s simple enough that if you’re observant, you almost don’t even need instructions. Pretty easy to figure out what part is what and how they go together.For the price of the set, I’m extremely pleased. Thankfully, I had read reviews and picked up some accent pillows. As the pads are firmer, the extra pillows really do help make it more cozy. My husband is 6’5” and he does make a chair look a touch on the small side, but he still fit and had no complaints. The bench fit me with two younger kiddos just fine. Great set overall.Only slightly negative comment I’d have would be that I’ll likely need to put a protective coating on the wood at the end of the season as the coating that’s on it looks thin. “First let me say that all of us who are on-line shoppers realize that often times the actual item turns out to be nothing like the “photo”. Not the case here. This was a very good purchase at a VERY reasonable price. I did my homework, and trust me patio furniture is not inexpensive. Fortunately for me, I have a small surface area, and I only needed very few pieces. This set was perfect. It’s real wood (not any type of particle board). It’s attractive and it’s really easy to assemble. I took my time and it took my an hour and a half with some help from the Mrs. There was one small hiccup with the pegs of one piece not wanting to go into their respective holes on each side of the bench. I took my hammer and a screw driver and carefully chiseled a small piece off the inside of one of the holes, easy peezy. If you have a really large space, this may not be for you, but if your space is small…this is a good buy. Strong and good quality. The cushions are a little on the thin side, but I don’t plan to live in my backyard. Worst case scenario, if needs be I can always purchase thicker cushions later.
