“I am so smitten with our new patio set. The look and feel of the set feels more expensive than what we paid. The wood and rope accent siding has been holding up nicely under our covered patio. I would recommend purchasing this set only for a covered patio given the wood material used and metal screws. The cushions are a bit firmer at first but once you break them in with use, they soften nicely. I think the firmness adds to their durability as well. The cushions look to be washable as they have zippers which is always appreciated. The set was pretty straight forward to assemble. With 2 people, it took about half an hour. I am also impressed with the customer service. We received 2 out of 3 boxes and waited an extra couple of weeks longer than expected for the final shipment. They offered a $30 rebate for our troubles which says a lot about their customer service. Clearly this set was high in demand!
