Based on other peoples experience it must be normal for this company to send box 2 via FedEx and have box 1 delivered through UPS on a 4 day delay.Anyway. Company is very responsive and addresses communication promptly. Furniture is absolutely gorgeous. THANK YOU/09/2021 have only received box 2 of 2 which means all hardware to assemly this furniture properly is currently missing. In other words i just have a pile of wooden sticks and components laying around at the moment and no furniture to sit on for my sons birthday party on Wednesday.
