“Good looking chairs, quite easy to put together with the right tools. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the arm rests not being the same color hue as the back/seat. When I first opened the box, I noticed that the wrapping plastic that was holding all the parts were stained orange. I just never anticipated for the arms to be a lighter hue than the rest of the chair.UPDATE: Factory was kind enough to reach out to me, and deliver a new set of chairs. “Loving these chairs day 1. Chairs arrived promptly and boxes were in good condition. My son and I put all 4 chairs together in 90 minutes. We used a drill attachment for the screws which definitely sped up assembly time. Each chair included 2 small wrenches so a drill wasn’t absolutely necessary. The chairs are very sturdy (and a touch heavy) and appear weather resistant. Time will tell how they hold up in the PNW. The sit is very comfortable with a back angle that supports my lower back (some Adirondack chairs are too deep for me at 5’7”). “Great purchase! We did A LOT of research on (non wood) adirondacks before buying, and chose the Serwall chairs. Glad we did. They arrived earlier than expected.
