“This sofa is everything I wanted. The color is great & the leather is incredibly soft. I am extremely pleased with the comfort of it as well. BUT…. it arrived in an extremely damaged box!!! I was so upset and there are 2 dents in the sofa. One on the side & the other on the back. Huge downside, but thankfully they’re both hidden by walls. If they weren’t, I definitely would have returned it. I probably should have but I really didn’t have the time to wait on a replacement or go through all the trouble. “Never purchased furniture online before, but it was a Pandemic so I decided to go for it. Shopped around a lot online for a camel leather sofa and settled on this one for a couple reasons, 1) the price was right, 2) liked the style and 3) the deciding factor was because it was Amazon and I trusted if there was issue they would take care of it. Delivery was a breeze; 3 weeks after ordering it was delivered. All we had to do was screw on the legs. The leather is buttery soft, love the style and it is comfortable.
