“We purchased the Purple Leaf 9 Piece Patio Dining set, when it arrived we noticed the box the table top was in was damaged by the shipping company. We documented the damage and as we opened the box the table top was damaged in two places. We filed a complaint with Purple Leaf and they reached out to us immediately. They gave us a choice of discounting the set or replacing the table top. We elected to replace the table top even though they said it could be a month before we receive it. They kept us updated and the replacement table top arrived undamaged a month later.
