The process of ordering/receiving was a little quirky, as I actually canceled my order because it was taking too long for my situation. I was charged and received it anyway, just a few days later. I’m glad I did! It sits very firm (think padded church pew) but my wife loves it. Also, it’s exceptionally comfortable when laid out.
