“I received the Nathan James Carlie 5-Shelf Bookcase Display which was purchased from Amazon as a gift from my mom for my nursery. I was instantly obsessed with how beautiful the bookcase was. Unfortunately, there were a few imperfections on it. I contacted the actual Nathan James customer service team (not Amazon) and they were extremely helpful! They resolved my issue super quickly!! I didn’t have to take the bookshelf apart and ship it back to them like most places would require.Instead, they sent me what I needed to have a perfect bookcase. I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful this bookcase is and how incredibly amazing customer service is! They are very responsive and friendly. They answer all of your questions and resolve your issue. They are very kind and friendly. And on top of all this, they sent me Godiva chocolate (literally my favorite chocolate! Don’t know how they knew that lol). It was the sweetest gesture to open my mailbox and see chocolates from this company. I was beyond happy with their customer service even before this incredibly nice gesture.The bookcase is nice, heavy duty wood and each shelf can take a lot of weight! It’s perfectly made for my little indent space in my nursery. I often pass by the room and look at how good it looks.I can’t emphasize how highly I recommend this company!!
