I can see why others had trouble putting the top together. When I look very closely there is a little gap between the top of the dresser and the rest of it. “The stain has a bit of a red orange hue fairly accurate to what the pictures look like. All the parts and the wood looked good upon opening no scratches or chips in the wood. There were a few screws that were difficult to get to with the assembly order. I needed a stubby short screw driver to reach them and it made it more difficult to get the torque you needed to screw them down.
