“I don’t write reviews, ever, but I felt compelled to do so because this table set is awesome! Also, I have never made such a big purchase before, but after reading many reviews on different tables, I took my chances on this one and am not disappointed. It arrived before the scheduled time. The three boxes were in excellent condition. The chairs came assembled, which I was not expecting! The table came in a separate box and has a nifty design. It actually folds in the center. Just pull it out, insert and screw in the brace bars and legs and you’re all set! It took me about an hour from box to complete set up. Everything was wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap, which was probably the most time consuming part of assembly.The table is super sturdy and the teak is lovely. And it is solid teak wood. “Pros: The chairs feel sturdy and the table was easy to assemble. The set looks beautiful and way more expensive than it was.Cons: We had to add an umbrella hole (which required moving the center hinge) and a few coats of poly to protect the wood from weather and the sun. The finish was not particularly smooth and seemed like it would fade and crack quickly outside without more protection. The wood already had a few cracks forming when it arrived. The end chairs also do not push under the table because they hit the table legs, so it’s a bit awkward to eat in those seats.Overall, still a great set for the price.” – Megan (Source: Amazon)
