I had some hiccups completing this set because I keep on receiving defective pieces. To be honest, the last ones were defective too but I just built it and moved on. Anyway if you are not looking at these chairs as your forever chair, then after several years, a replacement is inevitable. The worst ones I got were uneven legs! The fifth box I settled into had some scratches on the legs and I can’t make one of the screws into the hole. Good thing my husband is sort of a handyman and was able to get it work.
